How Do We Charge?
We like to keep things simple, and that applies to our pricing models as well. For price optimisation and validation services, we use a fixed-price model for the engagement, or a percentage of the savings you earn (if you don’t save, we don’t get paid!). For tender support, we also use a fixed-price model that is defined based upon the duration of the engagement as well as the deliverables selected for your project.
